Aurora Wheels Warranty Information
Quality Assurance
All our wheels are VIA and JWL tested and certified. We offer an extended warranty against any defect in the wheel finish attributed to manufacturing defects.
This extended warranty covers up to 1 year from the original purchase date under the following conditions:
Warranty Conditions
- The claimant must be the original purchaser and current owner of the wheels. This warranty is non-transferable.
- The wheels must be purchased brand new from an Aurora authorised reseller. To verify a reseller, please email us at info@aurorawheels.co.uk
- Proof of purchase (official receipt) is required, showing:
- Purchase date
- Wheel name, size, and finish
- Purchase price
- Wheels must have been used under normal and reasonable conditions.
Warranty Coverage
If the claim is upheld, Aurora will:
- Repair or replace the wheels at its sole discretion.
- Cover return shipping costs to the original dealer.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Installation or removal costs.
- Transportation costs (except return shipping if the claim is upheld).
- Loss of use or inconvenience.
- Any other expenses related to the warranty process.
Warranty Voiding Factors
- Kerb damage will void the warranty.
- Wheels altered, repaired, or modified in any way.
- Wheels purchased from unauthorised resellers.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Claims must be processed through the original supplier of the wheels.
- Return the wheels to Aurora (at your expense) for investigation and assessment.
If the claim is:
- Upheld: Wheels will be returned to the dealer free of charge.
- Not upheld: You will cover all return costs.
Non-Warranty Covered Damage
Examples of exclusions include but are not limited to:
- Wheels not purchased from an authorised Aurora reseller.
- Installation or removal damage.
- Damage caused by:
- Use of run-flat tyres.
- Off-road or competitive use.
- Road surface defects (e.g., potholes, stone chips).
- Kerbing or excessive force.
- Corrosion caused by chemicals or climatic conditions.
- Use of unapproved spacers, adapters, or incompatible tyre sizes.
